ways you can send images with out internet
you can send them by sms or mms but if you use sms it sometimes cost you.
you can also use Bluetooth but you will have to be close with technology you want to send to.
if you use instagram it is really good because it pictures on instagram are really clear to see it.

m2. i think the best  technology is the instagram because you can use it anywhere on your phone if you have internet. it is a good picture and you can save the picture on your phone. 

But using Bluetooth is that good becuase you need to be close with an other phone to get the picture and it might not always be a good picture
